I find the colors, except for Joeli, to be exceptionally blendable, have an outstanding ability to build color and have excellent staying power. I don't have any problems with creasing/smearing or color fading. I nearly always wear a primer, and this makes the staying power even better. One only need use a very small amount of the shadows for the nice effects, so that small jars last a lonnnnnnnnnnnng time. Fantastic product! Let's see...I have pamper, true gold, cognac diamond, stunner, sex kitten, grace, 1990's, bikini, reveal, liberty, silver, wild flower, and nice rock, but my all-time favorite I keep coming back to is "Drama". I love my drama! It is just the right blend of brown and pewter that gives the eyes a youthful glow and brings them out. I foil it so it really shows the rich minerals. I bought this shadow last summer thinking it would be great to wear for fall but ended up wearing it all the time! First of all, if you have brown eyes, this is the perfect compliment. It is a rich, regal matalic plum color and when foiled, just stands on it's own. I LOVE IT! Want to order "Trust" and pair the two together. I started collecting BE eyeshadows (particularly the glimmers and glimpses) about 2 years ago. I own about 15 of them. "Reveal" is one of the more ethereal shades. It is an icy, pale aqua color; irridescent and glimmery. I wear it on the lid and a little on the brow bone and then use onyx eyeliner for a sharp contrast. This is gunna sound strange but a little dab of this shadow and your favorite lip gloss is just beautiful over lips! I won't go back to all of the other brands I used to use for a few reasons. There is no eye irritation with these eyeshadows. They blend so well. You can create a natural looking eye or a dramatic eye. You can use them wet or dry. There are a ton of colors to choose from and you can also blend them together for your own custom look. They go on very easily. I very rarely use primer on my lids, but the shadow still stays where I put it. The pots are small, but the product lasts forever. I too embarrassed to admit how many of these I own. It is the Face Fashion Kit full of purple eyeshadows, the Jessica buxom lips and a peachy blush that are are so gorgeous I cannot stand it. It is amazing. My husband was just all goo-goo all day saying how gorgeous I looked, etc. On a normal day, he is full of flattery, but this was extreme so I must say there was a huge difference. I have Lust, Skyline, and Passionate Plum. I really love them. I typically stick to drug store makeup, but these were well worth the couple extra dollars. These are super pigmented. They build in color easily and blend nicely. You have to use primer with these if you want the color to pop, also, if you don't use them with primer, they tend to fade on your a little. I ordered these online and I was really surprised whenever I got them home how tiny they were, but you only need a little bit of them to make them look nice. They have an excellent range of colors and they have the perfect amount of shimmer to them. Not glittery at all. I use other brand eye shadows as well but I use BE eyeshadows the most. I, too, think they are a bit pricey but it may be well worth the cost. I bought: Bali, Sex Kitten and Bare Skin and it was hard for me to stop there. The shades they have are gorgeous!!! I think these three will blend perfectly together too. I havent blended them yet but love BARE SKIN on my lids. The shimmer is amazing and it stayed on a while, it adhered well so there wasn't much of a mess! I'd recommend getting the bare minerals eyeshadow brush, because the full end and more precise end work well with the product. If you're bad at applying loose eyeshadow with a brush, you can use your finger. These are great because you can choose the degree of drama. Brush on a little for a day look, or use a wet brush for bold color. Also very good for sensitive eyes and contact lense wearers like me. I use it every single day as an accent color on the part of my eye closest to my nose, whether I put black, brown, purple, blue, or green next to it as the main color. I have brown hair and olive skin, but it even works perfectly on my sister with blonde hair and a little lighter skin tone. I bought that color over a year and a half ago, and I still have 3/4 of the pot left! It lasts so long even with my using it everyday. I HIGHLY recommend.
